LEARNING CONSULTANTS

The role is focused towards generating revenue for the company by selling our training products to IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To tele call the potential prospects and explain about the Services/Training’s and pursue them to start effective Job Role
  • Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database
  • Making enhanced outbound calls provided by the company
  • Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of our Trainings offerings
  • Analysing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs

TRAINING COORDINATOR
Number of positions: 2

Roles & Responsibilities would include:

Pre event:

  • Informing the Ops about the minimum guarantee for any event and Ensuring with Ops team that the venue is finalised 6 weeks in advance 
  • Coordinating with marketing to ensure that the venue is declared at all the relevant online assets.
  • In case of change of min. guarantee (MG) of any event, informing the Ops for a smooth organization of the event.
  • Sharing the total no. of registrations with all the stakeholders viz. Ops, Marketing, Finance one day before the training.
  • Managing the checklist of the respective trainings.
  • Arranging to send the study material and other required training material to the venue at least 3 days in advance.
  • Informing the trainer in case if he has to carry any training material personally in case needed.
  • In case of an outstation training program, ensuring that the trainer is provided with the required logistics: attendance sheet, feedback forms, markers, stickies, promotional brochures, LCD projector, marketing presentation etc. Similarly, for local Delhi NCR based trainings, ensuring the smooth flow with respect to the above-mentioned requirements.
  • Sending out the welcome emailers to all the participants.
  • Ensuring that all incoming training leads (phone or emails) are answered and handled well and maintaining a database of the same.
  • During the event: Ensuring the smooth flow of the training 
Post event:
  • Ensuring that the attendance sheets are handed over to the marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the feedbacks are collected and if needed recorded or uploaded on social media with the help of marketing team.
  • Ensuring that the referrals are given calls and converted into clients.
  • Ensuring with Ops that the referral bonus is provided to the relevant all.
  • Ensuring the new database is added to the existing one after the completion of each training program.

DIGITAL MARKETING

Job Description:

    We are looking for SEO Manager/ Team lead who can take care of all SEO work at agivetta.com, Following are the key job responsibilities of you as SEO manager:
  • Define and execute on page, content, white-hat link acquisition and site structure SEO strategy for Various In-House high traffic Portals.
  • Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to align on content strategy and white-hat link acquisition.
  • Create a range of offsite reports including competitor’s analysis and backlink analysis on an annual/bi-annual basis for presentation to internal and external teams.
  • Full responsibility for SEO performance in a highly competitive niche.
  • Deliver and help define the SEO traffic and conversion targets for the business.
