Assessing Your Program’s Performance

Working software is the primary measure of progress". This sums it all. There is no doubt that if the progress of software development has to be measured, it can be best measured in terms of delivered and working software. How do we then assess the performance of the program that delivers this working Software? In this session, we look at some of the metrics that help us do that.
