Vipin is an Agile enthusiast and practitioner having more than 16 years of experience playing variety of roles including, Agile Coaching and Consulting – Evaluation, Transformation and Process Implementation, Global Delivery Management, Technical Project Manager, Individual Technical Contributor, Scaled Agile Framework trainer and coach He is an experienced SAFe Program Consultant and Enterprise Agile Coach, where primarily responsible and instrumental in establishing distributed teams working in Agile ways. He has trained and coached more than 700+ Agile learners from various industries like core IT, BFSI and others in improvement of Product Management , Product Development, Lean IT, Agile process implementation.
He holds expertise in setting up teams from scratch and helping organizations to achieve agility across all level during Agile Transformation and Adoption journey. As a coach, he has successfully created high performance teams using Disciplined Agile Framework, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS and Scrumban flavors. Vipin has experience running Leadership and Manager Level workshops on topics like Agile and DevOps, SAFe and worked closely at CXO levels. In addition to Agile Transformation and Consulting, responsible and have experience in setting up best engineering practices including maturity assessment in Agile and DevOps area.
